A simple team assignment

During a team journey one of the participants fantasized about how easy it would sometimes be to have a user’s manual on how to deal with colleagues, especially for those who are nothing like you. What are their allergies? What do they love? With the help of self-research and feedback we created and presented our ‘User Guides’. Highly recommended for any team as an impactful intervention on the crossing of organizational development and personal leadership.
